This Hallmark Christmas movie follows Kate (Lucia Micarelli), who is a violinist who has always dreamed of playing music for the Rocky Mountain Philharmonic. However, she gets in a horrible accident, which damages her hand. She goes home for Christmas thinking that her lifelong dream is crushed due to her injury.

Kate ends up reconnecting with an old family friend, Patrick (Michael Rady), who just happens to be her physical therapist. Kate falls in love with Patrick, who truly believes in her. As he helps her recover, he also gives her some wisdom and inspiration. It is just enough to get Kate to believe in following her dreams again.
