Hallmark Channel news reveals that Lacey Chabert is going to star in another installment of “Crossword Mysteries.” Titled “Terminal Descent,” get all the details on what the storyline is about, the casting details, and find out what the stars are saying about the new Hallmark movie.

About ‘Crossword Mysteries: Terminal Descent’

According to the press release from Crown Media, Chabert plays Tess Harper. Her character returns in the new installment to once again get involved in solving a case. This time, the storyline has an interesting twist. It focuses on the death of the CEO of XCal Technologies, which is responsible for creating an AI (yes, as in artificial intelligence).

Now, based on the information we were able to gather, it seems that it’s going to look like the AI killed its creator. However, it’s most likely going to be someone just making it look that way. Of course, during the investigation, Tess is going to be at odds with Detective Logan O’Connor (Brennan Elliott). Meanwhile, Chief Chauncey O’Connor (John Kapelos) considers retirement.

In addition to Chabert, Elliott and Kapelos, the cast for “Crossword Mysteries: Terminal Descent” also includes Barbara Niven, Brandi Alexander, Bradley Stryker, Matthew James Dowden, Adrian Petriw, Leana Yu, Bobby Daniels, and Kris McRonney.

Hallmark Channel news reveals that the cast has come out to get fans excited about “Crossword Mysteries: Terminal Descent.” Chabert posted on Instagram a post of gratitude to director Peter Benson (who also stars in Hallmark’s Aurora Teagarden Mysteries). The actress, who used to be on All My Children, also posted, “That’s a wrap on Crossword Mysteries 4: Terminal Descent. It was so much fun to collaborate with my good friend @brennanelliott2 again!”

As for Elliott, he posted the ad campaign and added, “If you are into cozying up to watching a fun mystery with @thereallacey @barbaraniven #johnkapelos and this guy then c u soon. Action, fun, a mystery, thought-provoking, humor, and possibly romance.”
