Hope Valley hit by chickenpox on When Calls the Heart
While the real world is facing the novel coronavirus outbreak, When Calls the Heart has its own viral problem. Chickenpox is affecting many people in town, including both the young and the old.
As noted by the Hallmark Channel, this leads to Elizabeth Thatcher (Erin Krakow), Faith Carter (Andrea Brooks) and Carson Shepherd (Paul Greene) having to deal with the new outbreak. So far, the virus has affected Rosemary Coulter (Pascale Hutton), who has fallen ill, along with Opal (Ava Grace Cooper).
It seems Faith’s dedication to her work during the chickenpox outbreak could possibly jeopardize her future as a doctor.
Legal dispute on When Calls the Heart
While health problems continue, Henry Gowen (Martin Cummings) discovers he is in the heart of a legal dispute. Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally) is dismayed by the news. In the meanwhile, Bill Avery (Jack Wagner), the presiding judge in the lawsuit, is forced to attempt to corral the people of Hope Valley to serve on the jury.
