Hallmark Channel’s Lacey Chabert Remembers Sister Wendy During Her Recent Vacation Trip

Last November 2021, Lacey Chabert mourned the sudden loss of her sister, Wendy. It must be a difficult time for the family, especially for Chabert as she continued to share some posts on social media reminiscing and talking about her sister. During her movie “Christmas at Castle Hart,” she paid tribute to Wendy and hailed her as the “biggest cheerleader.” Other than her sister, she also honored her grandparents in her movie “The Wedding Veil” in which she used a real photo from her grandparents’ wedding in her character’s apartment set.

Amidst her sorrow, good things still await for the “Christmas in Rome” actress as she recently sealed a deal with Crown Media Family Networks in which she will headline and executive produce movies and develop other content for Hallmark Channel and other Hallmark platforms over the next two years.

Lacey Chabert – Thinks About Wendy During Vacation

In one of her recent posts on social media, the 39-year-old actress shared a photo of herself alongside her sister Crissy, expressing her gratitude for being able to spend quality time with her family. She also mentioned how they thought about their beloved Wendy during the trip. She wrote, “We laughed so much and cried a little as we thought about Wendy and how much we wished she could have been there with us. She was though… she’s forever in our hearts.”

Her followers and friends in the industry expressed their love for Chabert in the comment section, including the “Annie’s Point” actress, Amy Davidson, who wrote: “I love you, friend. Yes, she was.” The “Christmas in Evergreen” actress, Holly Robinson Peete, said: “So happy to see you got this rest in. Sending love.” Another one chimed in, “So happy you had a wonderful time!”
