As noted by ET, Color My World With Love recently wrapped production. The movie follows Kendall (Lily D. Moore from Never Have I Ever), a talented artist with Down syndrome. Kendall creates beautiful paintings in the impressionist style that reflect the reality of her subjects as she sees them.

With the support of her mother, Emma (Erica Durance), and her grandmother, Bev (Karen Kruper), Kendall are happy and thriving. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Brad (David DeSanctis) in a cooking class at the local center for diverse learners. This leads to romance blossoming.

Meanwhile, Emma has spent the last 22 years trying to protect her daughter. When Kendall meets Brad, her mother has reservations about their relationship. This is especially so when it quickly moves in a serious direction. While she doesn’t want Kendall to experience heartbreak, Emma tries to slow things down. However, with the help of Nic (Benjamin Ayres), a longtime family friend of Brad’s, Emma slowly starts to accept that Kendal is ready to live her own life.

Meanwhile, Emma also learns a lesson from Kendall about how to look beyond what is in front of her and see the beauty that exists. Moreover, she finds that, just maybe, she herself is ready to find love again.
