Hallmark is heading to Europe in June with a selection of rom-coms featuring delicious food with a side of mystery.

As most fans know, Hallmark loves to travel the world for their latest movie releases. This time around, a series of rom-coms feature Europe as a film set. One movie takes us to Malta, another to Paris, then it’s Greece, before closing off June new, original movies in Italy.

Besides the new rom-coms, Sleuthers will have a treat, too, with a new mystery movie coming in June on Hallmark Mystery. Read on to find out more about the selection of movies in June on Hallmark.

Based in Malta, the movie tells the story of beekeeper Eva (Clunie), who uncovers an ancient fresco while rescuing a hive. This leads to Austen (Walker), a visiting archaeologist, believing it is key to his research. He persuades Eva to help him on his historic quest across Malta.

Tipline Mysteries: Dial 1 for Murder

Starring: Holland Roden and Chris McNally

Premiere date: Friday, June 7, at 9 pm ET/PT on Hallmark Mystery

Maddie (Roden) works the evening tip line for the Detroit Free Press and normally handles calls about missing pets and other trivial things. However, one night she gets a tip that a jewelry store was about to be robbed. While listening to a police scanner, she learns about the real robbery, along with a possible murder.

When she heads to the scene, she bumps into Detective Beets (McNally) and initially, he doesn’t want her near the crime scene. However, she quickly becomes a valuable asset in the case, but she may regret it when things get dangerous. Read more about this movie here.
