According to the synopsis, Alana Higman (King) is sure that her family’s lifelong history as Kansas City Chiefs superfans makes them a frontrunner to win the team’s “Fan of the Year” contest.

Meanwhile, Derrick (Hynes), the Director of Fan Engagement, is tasked with evaluating how Alana and her family stack up against the other two finalists. As the couple spends more time together, it becomes clear there is a spark between them.

However, when her grandfather’s (Begley Jr.) vintage Chiefs good luck winter hat goes missing, Alana starts to doubt everything she believes about fate and destiny. Moreover, she even questions her future with Derrick, unless, that is, a little Christmas magic can throw a Hail Mary.

‘Celebration of a longstanding collaboration’

Meanwhile, the movie celebrates the longstanding collaboration between the two pioneering Kansas City-based brands and officially unites Hallmarkies and Chiefs Kingdom like ever before.

Planning is ongoing for unique co-branded merchandise, on-air, social and digital promotion. This is set to engage audiences both on and off the field, with more details to come later this year.
