About Christmas in Rome

Angela de Luca (Lacey Chabert) is an independent-minded American who took a job as a tour guide in Rome. However, just before Christmas, she was terminated from her position. She ends up meeting an executive named Oliver Martin (Sam Page), who is also an American.

Oliver plans on buying a high-end ceramics company in Italy. However, he can’t get the deal to go through unless he can prove to the business owner that he knows “the heart and soul of Rome.” This leads him to hire Angela to be his personal tour guide.

However, the heart and soul of Rome won’t just gain him a business — it could gain him love as well.

Sneak Peek Clip

The Hallmark Channel released a sneak peek of Christmas in Rome. It shows that Oliver and Angela will participate in many activities together, including kneading dough. At one point, Oliver is realizing that he has grown to have feelings for Angela. He comments,

“This trip is not what I expected it to be.”

The narrator says in the clip that Rome really is where the heart is.
