According to the Hallmark Channel’s official website, Merry & Bright centers around Cate Merriwether (Jodie Sweetin), the CEO of Merry & Bright Candy Cane Company. Due to the nature of the business, the holidays are quite busy. However, that doesn’t stop her from getting to know Gabe Carter (Andrew Walker).

Cate assumes that her mother, Joy Merriwether (Sharon Lawrence) found a suitor for her. She knows her mother has good intentions, so she doesn’t investigate the man too carefully. The only problem is Gabe really wasn’t sent over by Cate’s mother. So, who exactly is this man and what is he doing in Cate’s business?
