Hallmark Movies and Mysteries spoilers, news, and updates tease that Linda Lael Miller’s “Big Sky River” will be brought to life on screen. Some of the successful movies shown on both big and small screens were adapted from best-selling novels. A book from one of the popular romance novelists will soon air on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries and will be directed by the man behind “Color My World with Love,” Peter Benson.
Aside from directing, Benson will also appear in the movie alongside some of the skillful cast members, including the “Secondhand Lions” actress, Emmanuelle Vaugier, and the “When Calls the Heart” star, Kavan Smith.
Hallmark Movies And Mysteries – Gives Sneak Peak Of ‘Big Sky River’ Storyline
The movie follows a woman named Tara Kendall (Emmanuelle Vaugier), who thinks about spending summer time in New York to distance herself from her ex-husband. She finds herself in a small, rural Montana town that brings back some good memories from her childhood. With her extreme love for horses and horseback riding, Tara enjoys her summer with her favorite activities.
Meanwhile, after all his love circumstances, Sheriff Boone Taylor is finally back on his feet. He gets friendly with his new neighbor, Tara, until he realizes something special about her. As the two get closer every single day, the man wants Tara to stay for more than just one summer. However, when she receives a call from her stepdaughter, the painful realities linger in her life once again.

Hallmark Movies And Mysteries – Emmanuelle Vaugier Steps Back On Hallmark Movies And Mysteries
After her successful movies, “It’s Christmas, Carol” and “Love in Paradise,” Emmanuelle Vaugier is back with the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries and she couldn’t be more excited to find herself onscreen again. “It’s very exciting to be back. It’s been a few years since my last, ‘Love in Paradise,’ and I’ve only ever done two movies for them. One had horses, and the other had Christmas – two of my favorite things! I have no idea why it took so long, but I’m just happy to be back,” she told Media Village.
When asked about her thoughts about the movie, the 46-year-old actress expressed her delight to be included in a film that talks about real-life issues, especially in terms of handling failed relationships and finding new love.
“Big Sky River” premieres on August 7, 2022, at 9 pm ET on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.
