Hallmark actor Brant Daugherty and his wife Kim just had the very best Christmas. They welcomed their second child, a baby boy, into the world.
The actor didn’t let fans know right away but finally revealed the wonderful news on New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, 2024. Fans are thrilled with the excellent news and have congratulated the family on the arrival of Aero Lore.
Hallmark hunk Brant Daugherty and wife Kim welcome second child
We reported on October 9, 2023, the news that Brant Daugherty, 38, and Kim Daugherty, 34, were pregnant with another child. Fast forward to now and the couple has happily revealed the arrival of their second child, Aero Lore, a baby boy.
In his recent post on Instagram, Brant and Kim wrote, “We were gonna post for the holidays but ended up having the merriest Christmas of all. Welcome to the world, Aero Lore Daugherty.”

With the post, the couple shared a series of beautiful images of the family as well as a video to make sure his fans and their followers found out the good news. Little Aero is the cutest baby and obviously, the whole family is thrilled. It was especially adorable to see their first son, Wilder, who was born in April 2021, welcoming his tiny baby bro.

Recalling the pregnancy announcement

Seeing the new baby brings to mind the wonderful way that Kim shared her pregnancy with Wilder. The way she did so was to place a positive pregnancy test in a box for Brant, labeling it, “Happy early birthday.”
Readers can only imagine the blissful happiness when Brant opened that box, but now he gets to celebrate again. However, when the couple was asked how they would handle two children, he said:
We think we’ll be OK. There’s two of us and there’s two kids, so the math is working in our favor so far.
When it comes to Kim, she was at first worried about how they would handle a bigger family, adding, “I know we will, and, generally, Wilder has been a very, very easy child and is very well-behaved and good-natured.”
Now, seeing Wilder interacting with his new baby brother Aero, Brant and Kim have no worries about having two children who will clearly love each other as much as their parents do.
