Brennan Elliott got several successful movies, including “All Summer Long,” “The Perfect Pairing,” and “Christmas in Vienna.” For his upcoming project, he will star in another Hallmark Movies and Mysteries titled “Marry Go Around” alongside Amanda Schull.
The movie follows the story of former high school sweethearts, Abby Foster (Amanda Schull) and Luke Walker (Brennan Elliott), who were married for a short time. Years after, Abby finds herself getting ready for her new life in Paris together with her fiancé, Edward. However, an unexpected letter leaves Abby with one of the biggest decisions she has to make in her life.

Just last April, the 47-year-old actor shared on his social media account that his wife, Cami, has been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic gastric cancer. Since then, he was already vocal about Cami’s medical journey. In his recent appearance at Christmas Con in Pasadena, California, Elliot showered his wife with praises amidst the multiple chemos she has to take.
“She’s hanging in there. She finished her last eight rounds of chemo. Well, she’s done 16 over the last two or three years. Yeah, she’s a warrior,” he stated. Elliot also acknowledged the people, especially his fans, for the endless well wishes for his wife since the day he posted about her condition.
“The Nanny Express” star also mentioned that a lot of his fans have also opened up about their own experiences or the situation of the people that are close to them who also got the deadly illness. When asked about Cami’s medical status after the treatment, Elliot expressed his delight as his wife was reacting great to the therapy.

Following the updates he gave about his wife, Brennan Elliott shared his thoughts regarding his upcoming project. “I think that maybe that might be why it’s more of a love story that I was expecting because there’s much more of a rawness and vulnerability maybe in my life that when I read these things, I’m like, ‘Wow, this kind of correlates a little bit.’ It’s been nice,” he told PEOPLE.
“Marry Go Round” premieres on September 10 at 8 pm ET on The Hallmark Channel.
