A resident dialed 911 around 6:30 a.m. to report that a man had collapsed in a detached office or in-law suite on the property.
When the Lambertville-New Hope Ambulance and Rescue Squad arrived, they discovered a 75-year-old man and quickly transported him to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
