Hallmark+ To Launch 3 New Jane Mysteries With Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar

Back in April this year, the first in a series of The Jane Mysteries was released and now, in a surprise movie, Hallmark has revealed that three more Jane Mysteries movies are coming in September on the new Hallmark+ streaming channel. Read on to find out what we know so far about the movies, starring Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar.

Hallmark+ to premiere the new The Jane Mysteries in September

Sleuthers enjoyed the first mystery movie, The Jane Mysteries: Inheritance Lost when it aired in April. But now there is more. In a surprise move on Wednesday, Deadline reported about the newly rebranded streaming channel, Hallmark+ (previously Hallmark Movies Now).

But that wasn’t all, they also revealed that when the streaming channel takes off in September, there will also be three new The Jane Mysteries to look forward to. Moreover, they revealed the title of each new mystery movie along with a brief synopsis of each, and all starring Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar.

1. The Jane Mysteries: A Deadly Prescription

Premiere Date: Tuesday, September 10, 2024

Plot: “Jane  and John work together to clear a teenager’s name.”

2. The Jane Mysteries: Murder at Moseby

Premiere Date: Thursday, September 19, 2024

Plot: “Jane returns to her college alma mater to solve a long-standing mystery.”

3.The Jane Mysteries: Too Much To Lose

Premiere Date:  Thursday, September 26, 2024

Plot: “Jane investigates the disappearance of a journalist after a significant game show win.”

About Hallmark+

Hallmark Movies Now is set to be rebranded into Hallmark+ from Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Along with the new name, the rebranding will include some exciting new incentives, including $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupons, some rewards and surprises. Meanwhile, the cost for the streaming service is $79.99 annually, or $7.99 per month.

Fans can expect some exciting offerings, including exclusive reality series like Celebrations With Lacey Chabert. Meanwhile, as previously reported, The Groomsmen trilogy is set to premiere on Hallmark+. This male version of The Wedding Veil movies is sure to be popular with fans.

Getting back to the Jane Mysteries, Stephen Huszar told Us Magazine in May that he and Jodie had filmed four Jane Mysteries for Hallmark, saying, “It’s gonna be exciting. We have a lot going on.” Moreover, he added, “There’s a lot of cool story lines.”

At that stage, it was believed that the movies would air on Hallmark Mystery, but now, it is revealed that the movies will be streaming on Hallmark+.
