As Hallmark Movies Now is rebranded as Hallmark+, another new series has been announced. Dubbed VIP Movie Pass, the series features popular Hallmark star, Tamera Mowry-Housley. Read on to find out more information about the new series coming soon to Hallmark+.
Tamera Mowry-Housley to host VIP Movie Pass on Hallmark+
The newly revamped streaming network Hallmark+ will be launching in September, offering an exciting selection of new, original movies and new series. Among the non-scripted series, Tamera Mowry-Housley will host the new show VIP Movie Pass.
As reported by Deadline, VIP Movie Pass will feature stars of favorite Hallmark movies, sharing behind-the scenes stories and personal anecdotes. The stars will also participate in fun activities, trivia and games.
Meanwhile, among the beloved Hallmark movies to feature include The Wedding Veil trilogy, Blind Date Book Club, Branching Out, Curious Caterer: Fatal Vows, Girlfriendship, The Professional Bridesmaid, Notes of Autumn, My Christmas Family Tree, Haul out the Holly and The Gift of Peace.
With this line-up, fans can expect to see major Hallmark stars like Erin Krakow, Lacey Chabert, Alison Sweeney, Sarah Drew, Andrew Walker, Nikki DeLoach, Hunter King, Aimee Teagarden, Ashley Williams and more. Hopefully, more of the male leads will also join in the fun talking about their movies.
Mowry-Housley’s new series VIP Movie Pass is not her first hosting job. From 2013 to 2020, the Hallmark actress hosted The Real. Moreover, she was nominated to a Daytime Emmy in 2017, 2017 and 2018.
During Tamera’s seven-year stint as The Real host, she also hosted another series, Help Us Get Married! on Facebook Watch. The fun, interactive show invited the audience to participate in helping couples plan their weddings.
When will VIP Movie Pass premiere on Hallmark+?
While premiere dates have been announced for several new Hallmark+ series, like Celebrations With Lacey Chabert, Stephen Huszar and Jodie Sweetin in three new The Jane Mysteries, no official air date has been announced for VIP Movie Pass.
Hopefully, Hallmark will announce the premiere date soon before the launch of Hallmark+ on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
A subscription to Hallmark+ costs $79.99 a year, or $7.99 a month and will offer viewers unique content not available on any other channel. Moreover, subscribers will be treated to a monthly $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupon, as well as free unlimited e-cards and more.
