According to TV Insider, A 90s Christmas is a time-traveling rom-com, airing in Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas 2024. The movie tells the story of Lucy Miller (Eva Bourne) a hardworking attorney who just got a promotion. As she is a workaholic, she hasn’t made time for friends or family on Christmas Eve as she spends all her nights and evenings working.

Moreover, Lucy doesn’t feel much satisfaction now that she has the job she worked so hard to achieve. Did Lucy give up too much to get the job, or is she just feeling lonely, as she has no one to celebrate her promotion?

It is now time to head home and she takes a rideshare, but her mysterious driver chats with her about her unhappiness and suddenly, it is 1999. Meanwhile, Lucy has no idea how she got there. However, she is able to spend time with her mom, her sister and her best friend as she now has a renewed appreciation for them.

Meanwhile, relating to her high school crush, she feels more confident and starts to understand what went wrong with that relationship Moreover, she finally realizes how she botched up all her major relationships.
