Hallmark + is set to launch in September. For the first time in the network’s history, Hallmark is launching a holiday series instead of just having countdown to Christmas movies. Here is your first look at what is to come when Holidazed debuts later this year.
Hallmark – Is Revamping Hallmark Movies Now
Hallmark network has announced the rebranding of Hallmark Movies Now with the new name of Hallmark +.
This change was announced on July 11 and fans are very excited with the prospect of new and interesting content from the actors they love. To keep the exciting going, Hallmark + has announced the network’s first holiday series, Holidazed.
Holidazed will premiere later this year. Holidazed stars several actors from the Hallmark networking including Erin Cahill, Holland Roden, Ian Harding and Virginia Madsen, an Academy Award Nominee.
Hallmark also offered a sneak peak captioned, “Embrace the excitement and joy in the #HallmarkPlus limited series #Holidazed.” https://www.instagram.com/p/C93Ns4iPU1E/
Hallmark – Fans Immediately Shared
When Hallmark fans learned of this revamp and about the new holiday series they immediately began to share. Hallmark fans are thrilled by this chance and their comments show that. “This looks so fun!!! ,” one person wrote in the comments. “Can’t wait ❤️❤️❤️,” another added.
According to TV Insider, Holidazed will focus on six families who live in a cul-de-sac. The families are from different cultural backgrounds and they are all attempting to navigate the chaos of the holiday season. The families will begin to interact with each other and accept the other cultural traditions.
Erin Cahill – Could Not Contain Her Excitement
On July 26, Erin Cahill posted, “Hello, you wonderful ones! I have been busting to announce this new show coming out this fall!
The show HOLIDAZED will be coming out on #hallmarkplus and I can’t wait for you to see these fantastic episodes! This cast is a DREAM come true and I am just chuffed!”
Like Hallmark Movies Now, fans will have to subscribe to Hallmark +. According to USA Today, the new streaming service will cost about $8 a month or $79.99 a year, This is $2 a month or $20 a year more a year than the current Hallmark steaming service. “NBCUniversal’s Peacock will continue to stream Hallmark’s cable channel in a deal that Perry said has attracted a younger audience for its heartwarming movies.”
Hallmark, among the last holdouts, has a loyal base of fans, especially older viewers, and remains one of the top-rated cable networks. Keep checking back for more news, and update about the new Hallmark +.
