Hallmark’s The Love Club Sequel Movie Filming In Hamilton, Ontario

According to the Hamilton Spectator in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, they have had some excitement in town. Last week, filming was ongoing for a sequel to The Love Club movies on Hallmark Channel.

As per their report, filming of the first of four films was ongoing at the Ancaster Mill in the town last week.

The Love Club Moms was apparently being filmed at the Ancaster Mill in Hamilton, Ontario last week. Reportedly, this is the first of four movies, focusing on women and motherhood and titled The Love Club Moms.

Local residents got to see Hallmark shooting a scene with a white SUV parked at the entrance to the Old Dundas Road restaurant.

Once production is complete, the new movies are set to air on the W Network and Hallmark Channel.

The first of the sequel series of movies was also filmed at an office building on King Street East in the town, across from Gore Park. They also filmed at the Lee Academy North on Seaton Road in Flamborough.

Another filming location of The Love Club sequel

As reported by the Hamilton Spectator, towards the end of July, production was seen filming at a home on Mountain Park Avenue, overlooking the city on the central Mountain.

The set was a modern brick home near Belwood Avenue in the town’s suburbs.

Meanwhile, we can report that the working title of the movie is The Love Club Moms 1 – Tory’s Story. However, when the Spectator asked producers for comments on the cast of the movie, plus titles of the other movies, there was no response.

However, the previous four movies involved W Network, Corus Studios, Nikki Ray Media Agency and the Canadian Media Fund. Reportedly, the fund committed some $200,000 to the creation of The Love Club Moms.

About the other The Love Club movies

In the original series of movies, The Love Club followed the stories of women who met at a New Year’s Eve party while dealing with dating problems.

As the clock counted down to midnight, the women made a vow to call on each other if they are ever in romantic trouble again. The following are the titles of the first four The Love Club movies:

• The Love Club: Nicole’s Pen Pal
• The Love Club: Sydney’s Journey
• The Love Club: Lauren’s Dream
• The Love Club: Tara’s Tune.

In the movie series, the characters of Nicole, Sydney, Lauren and Tara were played by Brittany Bristow, Lily Gao, Chantal Riley and Camille Stopps.

The series of movies was filmed in Hamilton last summer and the movies aired on the W Network in Canada and Hallmark Movies Now in the US in February during the Loveuary programming event.

Currently, it is unclear whether the same actresses will star in the new sequel movies, but it is certainly worth getting excited about.

Meanwhile, as the production timing is similar to the first movie series, fans can probably expect the films to premiere during next year’s Loveuary programming event on Hallmark Channel.
