Hearties Rejoice! ‘WCTH’ Real-Life Couple Shares Exciting Pregnancy News

And a baby makes three! When Calls the Heart (WCTH) stars and married couple Kevin McGarry (Nathan Grant) and Kayla Wallace (Fiona Miller) recently announced that they were expecting a baby. Learn more about all the sweet details below.

Instagram Worthy!

The couple hopped on Instagram this past Tuesday, November 11 to let the world know that Wallace was pregnant with their first child.

They uploaded a photo of themselves on IG, as Wallace had his hand on his wife’s baby bump in front of a Christmas tree. The caption read, “We can’t wait to meet you, baby. Premiering 2026.”

Of course, a number of their WCTH colleagues hit the comment section, with Erin Krakow (Elizabeth Thornton) noting, “I can’t wait to snuggle this little McGarry!!!” Meanwhile, Pascale Hutton (Rosemary LeVeaux-Coulter) wrote, “Huge congratulations!!! (Also- love the pic).”

In addition, Hallmark Channel’s lady Lacey Chabert, who worked with McGarry in the Wedding Veil films commented, “The most wonderful news! So happy for you!!!”

WCTH Real-Life Romance

Wallace and McGarry met on the Hallmark Channel’s hit series in 2018, during Season 6 filming, when they both joined the cast. While McGarry’s Nathan has become a pivotal player on the show, Wallace’s Fiona has a recurring role.

The two went public with their relationship in 2020, eventually tying the knot in 2024. They’ve also teamed up for Hallmark movies like My Grown-Up Christmas List and Feeling Butterflies.

McGarry told Swoon earlier in 2025 that he “owes” a lot to WCTH, as it not only jumpstarted his career, gave him a job, but it also was where he met Wallace, his wife, which is “… the most special part of being on that show.

In other news, McGarry, along with Krakow, was part of an announcement earlier this week, letting fans know that WCTH will be premiering sometime in January 2026.
