Hearts In The Game is another new, original Hallmark Channel movie to look forward to during April. Airing as part of the network’s Spring Into Love programming event, this romantic movie stars Erin Cahill and Marco Grazzini in the lead. Of interest to note, Hearts In The Game originally had the working title, The Spin Cycle. According to the official synopsis, Hazel Miller (Erin Cahill) is a top New York City publicist, working to build her empire. Meanwhile, Diego Vasquez (Marco Grazzini) is a top MLB pitcher, who froze during Game 7 of the World Series. However, Diego also happens to be the guy who shattered Hazel’s heart in high school.

In fact, when she is tasked with spinning Diego’s image, this might be her biggest challenge yet, professionally and personally. Hazel takes Diego back to their hometown in Ohio to deal with what they have both left behind. We have a feeling that the MLB pitcher might now heal Hazel’s broken heart!

Erin Cahill, who plays Hazel last month, shared a video from the snowy set in Vancouver, British Columbia where the movie is being filmed.

Erin is best known for her roles as Jen Scotts in Power Rangers Time Force and Heather in How I Met Your Mother. She also starred as Kendra Burke in Saving Grace and enjoyed a recurring role as Felicity in the series Red Widow.

Meanwhile, she has starred in a number of movies for Hallmark Channel. This includes Christmas movies, like 12 Days ‘Til Christmas, A Timeless Christmas, Every Time A Bell Rings. She is also known for Love, Fall & Order, Mystery 101: Killer Timing and the Secret Ingredient.

Cahill leads with Marco Grazzini, a Canadian actor known mostly for his role as Mike in the Netflix series, Virgin River. He has also starred in The Flash, Kim’s Convenience and Heroes Reborn and plays the original voice of Alejandro in the animated Total Drama World Tour. Meanwhile, Marco has also starred in the Hallmark Channel movie, Right In Front Of Me.

Hearts In The Game is executive produced by Kim Arnott, while Kate Bajdosik is a producer and the director of the movie is Stacey N. Harding.
