On Saturday, six stars from When Calls The Heart gathered for a Facebook Live session to discuss the upcoming Season 12.

Among the notable guest stars this season is Melissa Gilbert, known for her role in Little House On The Prairie, and, Jack Wagner shared his experience working alongside her.

After their initial meeting, Melissa reached out to Jack once she returned home, revealing that they had actually competed against each other on Dancing With The Stars back in 2012!

Jack also provided some insights into the dynamic between Bill Avery and Melissa’s character, Georgie McGill. He described their connection as an “unrequited romance” and labeling it an “exciting pairing.”

Solving A Mystery Together-And Sharing A Kiss

Jack suggested that they would team up to unravel a mystery, but he playfully mentioned that a kiss might be involved. This implies that some romantic sparks are likely to fly.

Interestingly, Erin Krakow and Melissa Gilbert never collaborated, while Pascale Hutton did have the opportunity to work with her.

This leads us to believe that Bill and Rosemary Coulter are joining forces, with Georgie lending a hand in their investigation.

A Lot Of Dancing

One of the major highlights in Season 12 of When Calls The Heart is the dancing. The Charleston has taken center stage, and while there has already been a lively teen dance party, the cast assures fans that even more dancing is on the way.

Jack Wagner expressed his enthusiasm for the dance lesson scenes, and Pascale Hutton teased an exciting upcoming moment.

She revealed that when Kavan Smith’s character, Lee Coulter, hits the dance floor, everyone is taken aback by his unexpected skills! This surprise wasn’t part of the script, as the WCTH stars had all assumed that Leland Coulter was not a dancer.

Chris McNally’s Curls

A significant point of conversation surrounding Season 12 was Chris McNally’s hairstyle during a scene where his character, Lucas Bouchard, assisted Edie Martel (Miranda MacDougall) in lassoing a calf.

Chris humorously revealed that he ended up splitting his pants during the shoot, but he was thrilled to see that his hair brought joy to so many viewers.
