The Journey Ahead on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries
Set to premiere on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Sunday, August 14, The Journey Ahead has an all-star cast. According to the official synopsis, Madeline (Holly Robinson Peete) is an aging Hollywood actress with no meaningful relationships. However, following a string of bad luck, Madeline hires her assistant’s friend Sarah (Kaylee Bryant), a young wilderness expert, to drive her from Los Angeles to New York City for an urgent medical appointment.

Moreover, as Madeline and Sarah get to know each other, they reveal personal hardships, with each providing the support and unconditional friendship they need to get them through it. Meanwhile, this teaches both women that they can’t run from their past, but should create the future they want.
