Is Hallmark Making Two More Curious Caterer Mysteries?

Recently, Hallmark Mystery was seen to be filming Curious Caterer: Drumstick Drama with Goldy Berry and Detective Tom Schultz.

Meanwhile, it seems Sleuthers will get to see this movie in the Fall. However, there are hints of even greater news as it looks like the popular mystery change is planning to make even more of these mystery movies.

Hallmark Mystery and the Curious Caterer movies

Fans of Hallmark Mystery were thrilled to hear that the network was filming Curious Caterer: Drumstick Drama, the fifth in the movie series. Naturally, Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker are returning in their roles of Goldy Berry and Detective Tom Schultz. Meanwhile, hints are that the movie will premiere in the Fall.

In the latest, upcoming movie, Nikki DeLoach returns as Goldy Berry, while Andrew W. Walter plays the role of Detective Tom Schultz. However, they aren’t the only returning characters, as Lochlyn Munro is set to star as Dr. Richard Korman, Goldy’s ex. Jaycie Doitin is also returning as Maria Maguire and Riley Davis will again star as Detective Mason Kildea.

However, it seems like there is more good news coming to Sleuthers as it seems Hallmark Mystery is set to make more of this popular mystery series. According to Heavy, two more Curious Caterer movies are being greenlit by Hallmark. They even revealed the titles of the sixth and seventh movies as Tough Cookie and Prime Cut.

About Curious Caterer: Drumstick Drama

Hallmark Media has released the synopsis for Curious Caterer: Drumstick Drama, in which Tom and Goldy finally plan to go on a date. However, a problem with an app sees Goldy double booked for the same show.

Meanwhile, any chance of romance between Goldy and Tom is dashed when the lead singer unexpectedly dies on stage. This leads to a murder investigation and of course, our favorite stars are involved.

While Hallmark Mystery has yet to reveal a premiere date, news is that the movie will premiere this Fall before Countdown to Christmas starts up.

What about the two new Curious Caterer movies?

Curious Caterer: Tough Cookie

While there is no official information about the plot of Curious Caterer: Tough Cookie, Leading Distribution Partners have the movie listed on their website. They are working in partnership with Timeless Pictures and Howard Braunstein.

However, there are some hints about the synopsis, which reveals that Goldy is involved in a “temporary stint hosting a cooking show.” This is great for Goldy and it will give her business some free media.

Of course, things get complicated when someone there dies and chaos ensues. Detective Tom Schultz is quick to come in to solve the case. However, it looks like Tom is swamped with more cases he needs to solve and Goldy needs to film the cooking show to earn some money.

Curious Caterer: Prime Cut

In the seventh Curious Caterer movie, Goldy is juggling many business problems as she has a competitor taking her business. Meanwhile, an unscrupulous contractor messed up her kitchen remodel. However, things look better when she is considered for a job at the “prestigious fashion show taking place at Elk Park Museum.”

However, things don’t get any easier when a rival caterer is doing all they can to get that job instead of Goldy. Even worse, the contractor is found dead at the museum director’s house and Goldy and Tom have to investigate many contractor issues as well as new mysteries.

Sleuthers are sure to get excited over the two new Curious Caterer movies, but so far, the premiere dates of the movies are unknown. As soon as the dates are available, we will let you know.
