According to the official synopsis, True Justice: Family Ties tells the story of a law student (Katherine McNamara) fighting to exonerate her brother.

Casey gets the biggest case of her life when her brother Marcus (Sam Ashe Arnold) was wrongfully convicted of the murder of her friend from college.

Casey turns to her classmates, Eli (Tarisiuk), Sarah (Marisa McIntyre), PJ (Sabrina Saudin) and their PI friend, Liam (Alexander Nunez) to help find the real killer.

With a tip from her professor (DeLoach), Casey and her friends start to put the pieces together. However, the closer they get to uncovering the truth, the more they all begin to question their own safety.

Meanwhile, Marisa McIntyre, who stars as Sarah, is known for her role in Chucky, Sabrina Saudin who plays PJ, has previously starred in The Boys and Alexander Nunez, who stars as Liam, has previously starred in Moonshine.

The script for True Justice: Family Ties was written by DeLoach and her writing partner, Megan McNulty. The movie hails from Muse Entertainment with Jonas Prupas, Joel S. Rice and Aren Prupas executive producing.

Moreover, Michael Barbuto acts as the supervising producer, while Shane Boucher and Caitlin Delaney serve as producers. True Justice: Family Ties is directed by Jonathan Wright.
