As we head nearer to the most romantic day of the year, Hallmark is about to premiere a new, original movie, Welcome To Valentine as part of its Loveuary programming event. The movie stars Kathryn Davis and Markian Tarasiuk, and premieres on February 18. Read on to find out more about the plot and the cast of this upcoming romantic movie and watch the trailer.

Welcome To Valentine on Hallmark Channel

According to the official synopsis, it is just a week away from Valentine’s Day and Olivia (Kathryn Davis) loses not only her boyfriend but also her job in the same week. Her sister, Vanessa (Kara Duncan), who still lives in their hometown in Nebraska, convinces Olivia to come back home for an extended visit to help her get back on her feet.

Meanwhile, Olivia’s roommate in New York has a friend, George (Markian Tarasiuk), who is driving out to Los Angeles. He agrees to take Olivia to her destination – which is exactly halfway between New York and California. Meanwhile, he does so in exchange for a free night’s stay in her hometown. Olivia is low on cash following her layoff and agrees to take turns driving so he can get to Los Angeles in less than five days.

The two strangers head out on the open road, both on their way to being who they think they are supposed to be. However, when George’s car breaks down close to Olivia’s hometown, he ends up staying a few more days in Valentine, Nebraska, with Olivia and her sister.

Meanwhile, after spending so much time together, Olivia and George realize their priorities have changed and that love is what truly matters.

Where have you seen the cast before?

Kathryn Davis plays the role of Olivia and is known for her role in Santa’s Got Style. She leads opposite Markian Tarasiuk who has been seen in Surface. Olivia’s cousin, Vanessa, is played by Kara Duncan of EZRA fame.

According to the official IMDb page for Welcome to Valentine, cast members also include Baeyen Hoffman (The Way Home) as Mickey. Moreover, Sophie Bastelle (Woke) plays Tess, Andrea Davis (Good Witch) plays Barbara Mae and Sandy Duarte (Cherry) plays Olivia’s boss.
