According to the official synopsis, as season 10 opens, Hope Valley is together facing an economic downturn.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) and Bill (Jack Wagner) learn that the children of the town have made a discovery that could change the future of the town. In fact, change is generally in the air for Hope Valley, with the foundry that is to be built, along with the upcoming mayoral election.

Meanwhile, Jack Wagner (A Big Fat Family Christmas) is back as Bill. As for the Coulters, Kavan Smith (Big Sky River) returns as Leland, alongside Pascale Hutton (We Wish You a Married Christmas) as Rosemary.
