Natalie Hall and Corey Sevier star in the new, original movie Noel Next Door on Hallmark Channel as part of the network’s Countdown to Christmas. According to the official synopsis of Noel Next Door, Noelle (Natalie Hall) is a single mom who finds out her son, Henry (Callum Shoniker) has been scolded by a grumpy neighbor. She immediately jumps to Henry’s defense. Meanwhile, the only issue is that mean Mr. Geir (Corey Sevier) in unit 224 is actually Jeremy, the misunderstood “Grinch” of the neighborhood.

However, when Noelle unknowingly serves her handsome neighbor at the diner where she works, there is immediately a spark between them. However, Jeremy doubts her attraction. In his mind, he questioned how could a woman as beautiful as Noelle find him attractive.

Meanwhile, when the neighbors next see each other at the pharmacy, their chemistry is clearly apparent. However, Jeremy is unable to summon the courage to ask her out, feeling she will make an excuse. In fact, Noelle leaves, feeling uncertain and saddened by their latest interaction.

Moreover, all opportunity seems lost until Noelle once again runs into Jeremy. However, this time he is playing soccer with her son, Henry. At that stage, they both realize the chemistry they have been avoiding deserves their full attention. In fact, it brings them together for the holidays.
