Hallmark Channel has announced the latest in its upcoming Spring Into Love programming event with Legend of the Lost Locket.

The new, original movie sees a town’s sheriff and an antiques expert searching for a lost locket that is said to grant the wearer true love.

Legend of the Lost Locket coming on Hallmark Channel

According to the official synopsis, Legend of the Lost Locket features Natasha Burnett as a London-based antiques expert, Amelia Scott, who is on the hunt for a long-lost antique locket. Meanwhile, the legend surrounding the locket says it will grant the wearer true love. It turns out Amelia’s mother started the quest and she is determined to continue and see it through.

Amelia’s search takes her to a small town in Massachusetts, where she immediately clashes with Sheriff Marcus Forrest (Viv Leacock). Marcus questions her motives and interest in the town’s history.

However, after their rocky start, the Sheriff starts to recognize what acquiring the iconic locket could mean to the local community. For that reason, he joins her in her search to find the locket before any of their competitors can decipher the clues and beat them to the treasure.

Moreover, as their search for the locket continues, their feelings for each other intensify. Meanwhile, Marcus and Amelia get involved in the Boston art world and participate in the town’s annual Founder’s Day costume ball.

Their search for the fabled locket inspires Amelia and Marcus to follow their hearts to the ultimate treasure – true love.

The role of Amelia is played by Natasha Burnett, known for her roles in When Calls the Heart and The Journey Ahead. Meanwhile, Viv Leacock plays Marcus and has previously been seen in When Calls the Heart and Cruel Instruction.
