Paul Campbell’s Instagram Post
The 46-year-old actor hopped on IG recently, posting a selfie with the following caption:
“Show may be cancelled, but he’s still on the Case… IYKYK.”
His co-star, Aimee Garcia, replied, “Haha, love this!!! Miss ya, Paul. Hope to see ya, soon.”
The two worked on two “The Cases of Mystery Lane” movies, both under the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries genre. “The Cases of Mystery Lane” first aired in 2023, and another was released in 2024 – “The Cases of Mystery Lane: Death is Listening”.

A Petition Has Been Launched
Fans of the series have organized a petition on Change.org to have the movies return, with Campbell resharing viewers’ posts about it. Even fellow Hallmark Channel star Tyler Hynes, even signed it and reshared it on his own social media platform.
Any fans interested in joining the fight to bring “The Cases of Mystery Lane” back can sign the Change.org petition, which can be accessed here.
One fan on the petition wrote, “Mystery Lane was actually exciting to watch. It had smart and funny characters that are very engaging.”
They went on to say, “So many of us love mysteries. It seems Hallmark has 1000 romance movies too one mystery movie. We would like it if you had one or two new mystery movies every month.”
