In what is becoming a regular occurrence, General Hospital alum Ryan Paevey has signed a multi-picture with Hallmark Channel. In fact, Paevey is the latest in a growing list of talent nabbed by the feel-good network, as others jump ship to GAC Family. Read on to learn more about this latest exclusive deal.

The ongoing battle between Hallmark Channel and GAC Family continues with haste. However, while a number of Hallmark stars have jumped ship to GAC, quite a few are signing multi-picture deals with the network. Now, it’s Ryan Paevey’s turn to sign an exclusive deal.

Hallmark Channel made the announcement on Instagram, sharing a photo of the handsome actor. Meanwhile, the caption reads, “#Hallmarkies, drop us a ❤ if you’re excited to see more of @ryanpaevey, who has partnered with us for an exclusive multi-picture deal!”

Fans will no doubt recall Paevey’s first Hallmark movie, Unleashing Mr. Darcy. This was soon followed by other movies on the network, including Harvest Love, From Friend to Fiancé and Marrying Mr. Darcy, the sequel to Unleashing Mr. Darcy.

Among the comments to the Instagram post, one fan commented, writing, “Hey Hallmark-does this mean we finally get a third Darcy movie? ❤❤❤” Several other Instagram followers agreed, with one asking whether maybe there could be a baby for Mr. Darcy?

Hallmark and Paevey’s statements about multi-pic deal

Parade quotes Lisa Hamilton Daly, executive vice president, Programming at Crown Media Family Networks making a statement following the news. She wrote, “Ryan is a consummate professional who always brings a special spark to the characters he plays, making him a favorite among our viewers.”

“We’re excited to extend our partnership with Ryan and can’t wait to get started on his next project for us,” Daly added.

Meanwhile, Ryan said that being part of Hallmark is like no other experience he has ever had. He explained that the creative people he has had the pleasure of working with, both at the network and on every set have made this collaboration so special. Paevey added that he can’t wait to see what’s next.

Paevey’s next movie for Hallmark Channel is Two Tickets to Paradise. He stars along with Ashley Williams and Mary-Margaret Humes. Meanwhile, the plot follows two strangers who meet by chance after having both been stood up at the altar. That movie premieres on Hallmark on Saturday, June 25, at 9 pm ET on Hallmark Channel.
