Sarah Power & Brendan Penny Find Romance In Love On The Danube: Kissing Stars on Hallmark+

Hallmark+ has announced details of the third installment in its new, original movie series, Love on the Danube. Titled Kissing Stars, the new movie premieres on September 26 and stars Sarah Power and Brendan Penny. Love On The Danube: Kissing Stars on Hallmark+

According to the official synopsis, Savannah (Power) is a PR professional who works with non-profits. She is expecting a promotion but unexpectedly gets laid off. Meanwhile, her best friend, Teddy (Kathryn Drysdale), the director of a riverboat cruise that is hosting a Rom-Com fan convention called KissCon, invites her to work with talent while on the cruise.

While Savannah isn’t too thrilled to work with celebrities, she takes the temporary gig. She gets assigned to Tripp (Penny), an actor from Montana who is struggling with his newfound fame and connecting with fans. During the cruise, Savannah works with him to improve his public persona and as they spend time together at events and on excursions, they start to fall for each other.

However, Savannah and Tripp struggle with how to have a relationship in the limelight. However, with a grand gesture in front of all the fans, Tripp confesses his love and in the end, they do get together. Meanwhile, Savannah decides to open her own PR firm and visit Montana with Tripp.

As the story comes to an end, readers will be introduced to the heroes of the next movie, boarding the Riverboat as Savannah and Tripp disembark.

Sarah Power who plays Savannah has previously starred in Accused and Good Witch. She leads alongside Brendan Penny as Tripp, who is known for Family Practice Mysteries: Coming Home and The Wedding Cottage. Savannah’s best friend, Teddy, is played by Kathryn Drysdale of Bridgerton fame.

According to the official IMDb page, Catherine Disher (Forever Knight) reportedly plays herself, Katie Sheridan (The Royal Nanny) plays Isla and Jonny Weldon (One Day) is in the role of Liam. Meanwhile, Gerald Kyd (Casualty) plays Rex and Mark Holden(Love on the Danube) plays Captain Magnusson, as he does in all the movies in the series.
