Recently, Hallmark Channel released its list of new, original movies in its Spring Into Love programming event. However, it also released details of two, brand new films for its Movies & Mysteries channel. Plot: Elizabeth (Reeser) is doing all she can to keep her late husband’s once-acclaimed, but now struggling, restaurant going. She has the support of her mother-in-law, Nonna (McCormack), but the business keeps going downhill. Eventually, Elizabeth is forced to hire a professional restaurant consultant, Ben (Hynes) to see if they can turn things around.

At first, Elizabeth is against the changes Ben believes will save the restaurant. However, as they get closer, she realizes that not all change is bad. Meanwhile, she rediscovers her passion for baking and might even open her heart to new love.

About the cast of Always Amore

Ben is played by Tyler Hynes, who has previously been seen in Sweet Carolina and It Was Always You. Meanwhile, Autumn Reeser, who plays Elizabeth has recently starred in the popular The Wedding Veil movie trilogy and has also been seen in Entourage.

Patty McCormack, who plays Nonna, is known for her roles in The Master and Frost/Nixon. Of the other cast members, Lisa Marie DiGiacinto is known for Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Heist and Seek and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Meanwhile, Lyndsey Gavin is making her acting debut in Always Amore.

2. Curious Caterer: Dying for Chocolate

Premiere date: Sunday, April 10, at 9 pm ET/PT

Cast: Nikki DeLoach, Andrew Walker

Plot: The mystery movie plot features Goldy (DeLoach) as a spirited single mom who is thrust into the role of town sleuth to help solve the mysterious death of a friend. As the clock ticks away on finding the culprit, Goldy strikes up an unusual partnership with Detective Tom Schultz (Walker) who wants to acquire her local knowledge.

However, as their relationship looks like becoming something more, the suspect list increases. Will Goldy be able to find the killer before the killer finds her?

About the cast of Curious Caterer: Dying for Chocolate

Nikki DeLoach plays Goldy and is known for her roles in Love & Other Drugs, The House Bunny and Longshot. Meanwhile, Andrew Walker, who plays Detective Schultz, has previously starred in Steel Toes, The Torturer and 10.5: Apocalypse.

According to the official IMDb page, other cast members include Brad Antonio Cayonne as Brad Bowman, Erin Boyes as Dr. Laura Smiley, Jaycie Dotin as Marla Maguire and Jason Tremblay at Archie Dennison.
