When Calls the Heart spoilers, news, and updates tease that the show’s executive producer has made a promise to hearties since the show hasn’t been renewed yet by Hallmark. In a recent interview, Brian Bird said that the show will continue one way or another.

When Calls The Heart Season 9 recently came to an end. After the season finale, JLJ Media had an interview with Bird. During that time, Bird said that When Calls The Heart will continue even if Hallmark decides against the series’ renewal.

“I really don’t believe we’ve even peaked yet in this show with season nine. We will be around for a long time, I believe. Whether or not the Hallmark Channel wants to keep us around forever doesn’t matter,” Bird said.

“There will be somebody else who wants it because it is so unique. And we will keep making the show as long as those Hearties want to show up and watch the show,” he added.

Bird noted the freshness of the show and that its storyline is very much needed in today’s society. He believes that many people watch the series because of its healing agent in nature.

When Calls The Heart is the top scripted program on Sunday nights on cable TV over the past 2 or 3 seasons. They’ve managed to beat the zombies and they’re extremely happy with that feat. But Bird attributed the show’s success, not because of the people on the show but because viewers wanted to see a new storyline.

When Calls The Heart – Isn’t Over Yet

Bird insisted that When Calls The Heart isn’t over yet. He has no idea when season 10 will be announced or if there would be one. But he feels that the show will still move forward. He added that they have not decided that it’s over. He teased that they get to decide if it’s time to end the show once and for all.

As for showrunner John Tinker, he said in a separate interview that he doesn’t believe the show won’t be renewed. He may have not heard any news about a tenth season but it would be very shocking if the show won’t be picked up.

When Calls The Heart was the most-watched cable show in 2021 and it’s also one of the most-watched cable series of the year. Will the show’s excellent ratings convince the powers to renew the series?
