“School Inspector Augustus Landis is back in town and starts questioning Elizabeth’s new accreditation to teach Angela. Lucas and Nathan decide to have a race, animal vs. machine.”

In tonight’s WCTH episode, Allie is back in Hope Valley. She and Nathan say hello to Elizabeth, Jack, and Rosemary as they come back into town. Meanwhile, Bill, Joseph, and Cooper see the suspect of the hit and run leave town and head to the penitentiary. After, Nathan and Bill see Nathan and Lawson talking in town. They wonder what they are up to. Meanwhile, Allie meets May and sees Faith at the ice cream shop. After, Allie tells Nathan how pretty May is.

Rosemary and Elizabeth meet in town. Rosemary wants to know if she thinks Elizabeth believes Lee is sick of her. He has been dodging her a lot lately when they are not working. Just then, Lee comes up to them and after Rosemary asks what he is doing, he dodges her.

Mrs. Canfield sees Mr. Landis eating in town. She offers him a muffin and wishes him a good day. Across town, Bill gives Mike some advice on dressing like a mayor. He takes his bow tie away.

Elizabeth and Lucas are walking on a side road in town. He shares that he has been driving Lee’s motorcycle. It helps him blow off steam. He invites Elizabeth to go. Back at the paper, Rosemary takes a private phone call. Lee cannot figure it out. He runs to see Florence. She is not sharing either.

Allie is angry to learn about Nathan’s accident. She had no idea. She shares how she is glad to be back, after admitting she missed school and her friends, especially, Robert. He hasn’t really talked to her. She calls Nathan’s Dad. He is surprised but likes it.

Mrs. Canfield tells her husband she is inviting Mr. Landis to dinner to find common ground. She finds Landis and asks him in front of Elizabeth who is shocked. Meanwhile, Nathan shaves his face clean at the barbers. May comes in and sees him. He tells her he did it for Allie. They discuss how he has been caring for her.

Rosemary finds a poem on Lee’s desk back at work. That night, she tells Elizabeth. She is worried about the two of them. Maybe he has feelings for someone else. Elizabeth doesn’t think so. She comforts her. The two drink tea while the weather storms outside.

At the saloon, Nathan questions Lucas about his relations with Walden while Allie spends some time with May and Faith at the salon learning about inner beauty. Nathan challenges Lucas to a race with Lucas driving the motorcycle. Meanwhile, Landis arrives at the Canfield’s for dinner. He talks about his former job as a teacher.

Elizabeth learns of Nathan and Lucas’ race. She is angry. Back at the Canfield’s. Angela and Mr. Landis play piano together. The next day, Nathan and Lucas race with Nathan on horseback. Lee’s motorcycle that Nathan borrowed starts to die. Landis sees Elizabeth in town. He tells her spending time with the Canfields has changed his mind. He may return to teaching.

Nathan wins the race as Lucas has to push his bike back to town. Meanwhile, Henry gets mad at Fiona. She brokered a bad deal with Walden. Bill sees Mike shaking hands with Walden and tells him later that he has a lot to learn. Being friendly to Walden isn’t good for his reputation.

Lee tells Rosemary that they need to make more time for the two of them. She laughs. She thought he was sick of her. He isn’t. He wants to do things together. He admits that with Joseph’s help he has built two chairs for them to lounge in side by side. They sit and talk while looking at nature. He reads the poem she found. Meanwhile, Elizabeth meets Lucas just as he pushes his bike back into town. She sits with him and gives him water. She knows he likes his adventures but she is a parent. He assures her that if they marry he would rush home to her. She would be his adventure.

    I like it but you really need to bring Daniel Lissing back he and Elizabeth have the best chemistry. I can’t get into the Lucas thing and you have Elizabeth acting more lose when talking to Lucas. Sorry but I have watched season one through eight 4 times and I am not real happy with season.
