According to a press release from Crown Media, the March 7 episode will feature a disaster striking Hope Valley. The synopsis teases that a geyser erupts at the oil rig, which has every person in town drop what they are doing to help. Also, Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry) is summoned by a Mountie from his past. He will need to answer some questions. Meanwhile, Jesse Flynn (Aren Buchholz) really enjoys driving Lee Coulter’s (Kavan Smith) motorcycle.

When Calls the Heart season 8 spoilers reveal we will meet a new character, who just happens to be Lucas Bouchard’s (Chris McNally) mother. Helen Bouchard (Teryl Rothery) arrives in Hope Valley. Not only will she be working with Elizabeth in a professional manner, but will get wind of the love triangle pretty quickly. One that is teased to be direct and opinionated, expect Helen to make her perspective known. It is teased that Lucas has bitten off more than he can chew. Helen will likely have to help her son get a handle on the situation. It is also stated that she puts Lucas in the hot seat, so we will have to see how he handles that.
