Elizabeth Thornton’s Big Decision

WCTH season 8 spoilers confirm that after what seems like forever, Elizabeth will finally make a decision about her love life. She has been pursued by two different men. One is Lucas, who is more of an extrovert and showy with his romantic gestures. The other is Nathan, who isn’t as outgoing as his competition, but will step it up when new episodes air.

Even though Elizabeth does make her choice, don’t expect to see it for a while. She spends most of season 8 having close moments with both men, which just makes the decision even more difficult. However, Elizabeth’s voice narrates in the brief teaser clip as she admits that the love triangle has gone on long enough. We will see her decision toward the end of the upcoming season. The teaser clip Krakow shared on Instagram shows Elizabeth slowly taking off her wedding ring. A lot of thoughts are running through her mind as the tears continue to stream down her cheeks. It is a bittersweet moment for Elizabeth. On one hand, she is sad and in pain because of her loss. On the other, she is also going to experience great joy and embrace her second chance at love.

She is remembering Jack Thornton (Daniel Lissing) and of course, she will never forget him. He will be in her heart forever. When Calls The Heart Season 8 Spoilers – Erin Krakow On Love Triangle

Krakow previously spoke about the love triangle and she just happens to love those kinds of stories. At the same time she totally understands why fans get frustrated and impatient. During an interview with ET, the actress explained,

“I am happy to say that we will, in season 8, have a decision and we’ll get to see Elizabeth move on with her romantic life. I really think it’s about time. Love triangles are so exciting to watch and I’m really proud of the way we’ve told this story. But they’re also really frustrating and I have felt that from the fans. They’re like, ‘All right, it’s enough already, let’s go!’ They’re enjoying the ride but they’re so eager to see Elizabeth and baby Jack happy and starting to kind of get to enjoy that real courtship.”
