As fans recall, Ned had a medical emergency and although he had surgery, there was no guarantee he would survive. While on his deathbed, he told Florence that he wanted to get married. On Sunday’s episode, we saw the men play cards and order food during the bachelor party. As for the ladies, they played games, including one that left Elizabeth Thornton (Erin Krakow) absolutely mortified.

‘New Love, Old Love, Is This True Love’

The network has issued the press release, which states the following:

“On ‘When Calls the Heart’ a wedding in Hope Valley leads every couple to evaluate their relationships in ‘Old Love, New Love, Is this True Love,’ premiering Sunday, April 25 (9 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel. Rosemary Coulter (Pascale Hutton) discovers there is more happening in Hope Valley than everyone realizes and decides to get to the bottom of it.”

In “Old Love, New Love, Is This True Love,” Katie Yost (Larissa Dias, formerly credited as Larissa Albuquerque) returns. In the promo clip, Elizabeth gives Katie a huge welcome back. However, Katie isn’t happy and it has to do with Ned and Florence’s upcoming wedding.

Objecting To Ned Yost’s Marriage

When Calls the Heart season 8 spoilers reveal that Ned will be understandably upset about Katie not being on board. He can be heard saying that Katie is his little girl. He sounds as if the situation is making him struggle over what to do. In fact, at one point, Florence tells Ned that even if they don’t marry, she will still love him forever.

However, the Hope Valley residents always come together to help one another. This is no exception, as it is clear that Ned talks about the issue while another tries to reason with Katie.

Will Ned and Florence get married? It certainly looks like they do. At the end of the promo clip, Ned is standing at the altar. He looks very nervous and Florence isn’t there. Suddenly, she shows up and Ned looks relieved. Will they get married even though Katie doesn’t want them to? Or will the Hope Valley residents be able to get her to approve the nuptials and support Ned? We will have to keep watching the Hallmark TV show to find out.
