College Admissions Scandal
WCTH spoilers reveal that Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were accused of a college admissions scandal. They ended up going to trial and were sentenced to prison. Lori was released not too long ago after serving two months behind bars. Even though she hasn’t come out to make a statement yet, sources say the former Hallmark star would like to go back to acting.

When co-creator Brian Bird was asked about whether Lori would ever be welcomed back to the show, he wouldn’t confirm any information. But he did say that they should preach what they teach… forgiveness and grace. So, we will have to wait and see if that means bringing Abigail back on-screen or not.
Fans Make Assumption, Which Gets Attention

When Calls the Heart spoilers reveal that fans have made some assumptions on social media that Lori and Erin’s once-solid friendship is over. On Twitter, a Heartie created a complication of photos including Erin, Lori, and Daniel Lissing (formerly Jack Thornton). The fan wrote, “A trio we will probably never see again.”
These are only six words, but it was enough to get Erin’s attention. She spoke out about the assumption. We already know that Lissing is definitely not coming back for personal and contractural reasons. But as for Lori, nothing is set in stone. So, what did Erin say about the fan’s statement?

While that doesn’t indicate if we will ever see Abigail again, it does give a testimony to the strength of Erin and Lori’s friendship. Despite the good times and bad times, these two are still tight. It’s an example of what real friendship should be. Despite what viewers think about the college admissions scandal, we should celebrate the fact that Erin continues to stand by her friend through thick and thin. It’s an example of a kind of friendship that isn’t seen too often anymore (and that kind of friendship really should come back in style again!)

I think Lori should come back. She is a great actor and WCTH is not the same since she left.

Why do people judge Lori or anyone? . We all accept Gods forgiveness so why do you still want to punish her. This is based on her acting skills and I believe she has proven her abilities. When calls the heart is based on forgiveness ! Try a little kindness it is a wonderful concept,
Lori is a great actress! Let’s forgive her… bring her back to the show!
I believe everything would’ve been different if she had owned up to what she did and not tried to hide between all the excuses.

I think the show has moved on and is doing well without her. I actually like the show more now. I was beginning to tire of her character before the college scandal even happened. She seemed to take over and the show was becoming more about her than Elizabeth. It has nothing to do with the college scandal, I just didn't like her character anymore.

I think they should bring her back. I have watched the show since day one and I miss her.
Those in glass houses cast the first stone, I 'am so glad that Erin has come out and shown her friendship for Lori everyone has made mistakes. I for one would love to see Lori back on the show, let Hallmark prove they hold no malice and forgive. Show people what forgiveness looks like Lord knows we need it in this world we live in.
