Hallmark Channel When Calls The Heart spoilers and updates reveal that fire threatens Hope Valley-who’s in danger? A new promo shows the team effort of an entire town to prevent the fire from consuming their life-and their lives!
Fire In Goldie National Park!
At the conclusion of the first episode of the latest season, titled “Up In The Air”, the group of kids set off for a hike in the newly dedicated park.
Allie Grant (Jaeda Lily Miller), Opal Weise (Ava Cooper), Toby (Billy Christos, Jr.), and Cooper Canfield (Elias Leacock) leave Oliver Garrett (Jacob Shoemay) behind to watch over the Visitor’s Center.
Just before the episode wraps up, Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally) spots Edie Martell (Miranda MacDougall) on the street-he approaches her as if he intends to ask her out on a real date.
She notices him and smiles, but before he can utter a word, Florence Blakely-Yost (Loretta Walsh) and Molly Sullivan (Joannah Newmarch) appear from behind and see a dark plume of smoke rising in the distance.
With the kids still in the park, Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry), Bill Avery (Jack Wagner), Oliver, and Joseph Canfield (Viv Leacock) rush towards the flames in search of the children.
Many Lives Could Be In Danger From The Fire-And Not Just In The Park!
Based on what we’ve observed so far in When Calls the Heart season 13 episode 2, it’s clear that several lives may be at risk by the end of the hour. Just think about how a major part of the upcoming plot revolves around a fire that could unite most of Hope Valley.
All join together in a desperate attempt to save lives- regardless of who they are or what they were doing when the fire ignites. Everyone will need to pitch in, but the unfortunate reality of such situations is the potential for casualties.
This series has previously seen characters meet their end, and even with its generally hopeful tone, there remains a valid reason for concern.
Elizabeth And Nathan’s Bond Can’t Help But Deepen
When we consider the broader perspective, the most exciting aspect we are eagerly anticipating at this moment is the opportunity to witness a deepening bond between Elizabeth Thornton (Erin Krakow) and Nathan.
The affection that exists between them is unmistakable, and Nathan is making every effort to be not only a wonderful romantic partner but also a supportive father figure to Little Jack Thornton ( Hyland Goodrich).
It seems that the encouraging words passed down to him from Charlotte Thornton (Brooke Shields) could significantly impact their journey as we progress further into the season.
One could see the fear in Elizabeth’s eyes as Nathan took off towards the fire area with the others-having lost her husband while on a Mountie mission as well. But she no doubt was fearing for the welfare of the children as well, many having been her students.
