Fans will remember that in the previous, finale episode, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) finally decided between her two suitors and is getting closer to Lucas (Chris McNally) all the time. Let’s take a sneak peek into episode four, which premieres on March 27, 2022.

When Calls The Heart News – Elizabeth Thorton Gets Sick On Where Calls The Heart

In a teaser clip for the episode dropping March 27, 2022, Elizabeth is thanking Lucas for an enjoyable hot air balloon ride. However, she also wants to make it clear that he doesn’t have to always make such grand gestures to show that he cares. Elizabeth explains that the smaller actions also reveal his love for her.

However, according to a press release from Hallmark Channel, the next episode of When Calls the Heart also sees Elizabeth getting sick with the flu, leaving her needing a babysitter for her son. Meanwhile, Elizabeth immediately sees a different side to Lucas as he steps up, volunteering to watch Little Jack while she gets better.
