When Calls The Heart – Returns For Season 10

When Calls The Heart will be back mid -2023 for its 10th season, leaving fans excited to see what’s next for the residents of Hope Valley. The news about the renewal broke one month after the show ended its 9th season. Hallmark picked up the series for another season in June 2022. Aside from the renewal, the network also announced that Lindsay Sturman will be taking over as the new showrunner. The show remains Hallmark’s longest-running drama.

Lisa Hamilton Daly, Hallmark Media’s executive vice president of programming, said that “When Calls the Heart continues to push the limits as to what we can achieve with this show.”

“There are many more stories still to be told about the lives of the beloved characters in this series and we cannot wait for everyone at home to tune in to see what unfolds,” she added.

The show’s co-executive producer and writer Elizabeth Stewart said that Lucas Bouchard’ (Chris McNally) and Little Jack’s (Hyland Goodrich) relationship may be buddies now but their relationship will evolve once they become stepfather and stepson. However, fans can expect some struggles along the way as Lucas and Elizabeth prepare for their wedding.

When Calls The Heart – Who’s Returning for Season 10?

Erin Krakow and McNally and Kevin McGarry are set to return for season 10. Other cast members who are expected to come back are Jack Wagner, Martin Cummins, Loretta Walsh, Johannah Newmarch, Rosenbaum, and Hrothgar Mathews.

Viv Leacock, Javien Natt, and Natasha Burnett were also reported to have shot scenes for the latest season. The production for When Calls The Heart season 10 started in July 2022, as per the Instagram post of Krakow. She also shared another behind-the-scenes video and captioned it, “Season 10. So grateful for this show and this place. Hoping for 100 more eps. #Hearties.”
