Married at First Sight Spoilers: Jamie and Doug Blame Zach for Mindy Relationship Problems

One of the major topics on Married at First Sight during season 10 has been the fact Zach Justice doesn’t find Mindy Shiben sexually attractive. Others have now spoken out.

Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner got married during season 1 of Married at First Sight. That couple is still happily married and recently spoke out about the relationship problems between Zach Justice and Mindy Shiben, basically blaming Zach.

Zach Justice is immature and full of himself

The January 30 episode of Married at First Sight: Couples Couch featured commentary on the past episodes of season 10. In the episode, Jamie and Doug gave the personal trainer a full piece of their minds while they were watching the couple’s Panama honeymoon on TV.

The couple spoke out, directly blaming Zach for his relationship issues with Mindy. According to them, Zach is immature and much too into himself.

Zach has recently said communication between him and Mindy is great, but during the Couples Couch episode, he openly admitted that he doesn’t have a fun, playful connection with Mindy and that their conversations all tend to be so serious.

However, Jamie pointed out that Zach himself is the problem. She said he was the reason Mindy couldn’t relax and have a little fun. According to Jamie, Zach tends to be a little too full of himself and isn’t mature in his handling of the relationship. This isn’t just a casual date the couple is on, this is marriage.

Zach does have a point

During the episode, Jamie did admit she could understand what Zach is saying about the relationship. However, she said she can also relate to Mindy’s problem of not being able to “relax and have a good time.”

Zach had allegedly told Mindy on the first night of their honeymoon that he didn’t find her attractive and has gone on about this on subsequent days. Meanwhile, Jamie can’t understand why Zach isn’t attracted to Mindy, while she herself literally has a “girl crush on her.” She said Mindy is cute, sweet and very smart.

Doug said maybe it is her head that is the problem. When Jamie asked what he meant, he said the couple doesn’t appear to be on the same page mentally. Jamie said that Mindy is very mature, and Doug agreed with that, saying that he didn’t think Zach was.

Zach was then seen to tell Mindy he knew his looks were not everything to her, which implied Zach considers himself as being very good looking. Jamie was shocked, saying Zach was “so full of himself” and “thinks he’s so hot.” Mindy asked Zach if he thinks everyone finds him attractive. Mindy has already said in the past she wasn’t attracted to a man just because he had great abs.
