Married at First Sight Spoilers: Michael Goonan Trolled While MAFS Australian Episodes Continue To Air In USA

Lifetime Married at First Sight spoilers and updates reveals, Michael Goonan has been on the road of trying to move on from his ex-wife, Stacey Hampton, and the tumultuous relationship. Michael has been having a hard time moving on from his past relationship ever since his season of Married At First Sight Australia began airing in the USA on Lifetime.

He went on to tell Fifi, Fev, & Bryon about how he had been trolled by the American viewers of the show, which only caused bad memories to be brought up. This went on to bring up trama of the season once again, “I’m getting Yankee insults now… it’s reliving a horrible experience.” Michael has since moved on with his MAFS co-star, KC Osborne.

Married at First Sight Spoilers- Addressing Past Issues

The relationship that he is currently in has been going well, according to Michael; however, ever since the season has begun airing on Lifetime in the United States, he has had to address some past issues. “It’s weird because America has to prop the whole thing back up, so you’re reliving events from your life that you want to move on from, which is a bit of a difficult one.”

Cheating Scandals

Both Michael and Stacey had been in two cheating scandals during the course of their time on the show. During Married at First Sight Australia, Hayley admitted that she had kissed Michael to Stacey. Michael would go on to say that he did not remember the incident happening as he was too drunk at the time to remember. The incident occurred off-camera but would be the first cheating incident and would not be the last. Weeks later, Mikey Pembroke would reveal to the others that he slept with Stacey during the season.

Michael and KC are now in a relationship with each other as KC’s relationship with Drew Brauer fizzled out not long after the two got married. They are not the only ones who have faced backlash since the show has aired in the United States. As the Married at First Australia had their first lesbian couple which received some backlash by some American viewers. The show has also been under fire for a lack of diversity as well. The latest season of MAFS first aired on Lifetime in the U.S. on May the 27th.
