Kevin Frazier is meeting with past season participants. He welcomes Ashley and Anthony from season 5. They take a look back at their time on the show. They met and fell in love. Just 2 years later they welcomed a girl. They are still happy and agree they instantly fell for one another but they still work to maintain their relationship.
They look back at when they were pregnant. They had a scare where their baby wasn’t gaining weight in-utero. They were frightened. After returning to the doctor, Ashley was induced. Their baby girl is healthy and everything they wanted. They now hope for a second baby. They have been trying.
Cortney from season 1 gives a quick update, sharing that she moved back to Raleigh. She introduces her now-boyfriend. They hope to get married soon.
Jephte and Shawniece are brought back to the show. They have had a rollercoaster of a ride and have also had a baby. They look back at their journey. Through love and possible divorce, they decided to keep trying for their new daughter. Since that time they are in a happy place. Kevin asks them why they aren’t wearing their rings. They share that they plan to again after Jephte proposes again.
They talk about their now 2-year-old daughter who just learned the word “no”. Both of their careers are going well as they make changes.
Kevin talks about a controversial issue during the Boston season when one of the doctors, Jessica, from the show and a contestant Jon hooked up after Jon and Molly split. Molly tells Kevin how hard it was after she decided to part ways with Jon.
Molly got a lot of backlash from fans. Some who told her to kill herself. After learning Jessica and Jon got together she was shocked. The two plan to marry soon. Molly wishes them luck. It has been 2 years since all of that. She is doing well and hopes they are too.
Jaclyn from season 6 gives a quick update. She has since met her future husband after she and Ryan didn’t work out.
Kevin welcomes season 1 participants with Jamie and Doug. He welcomes them to the show. Jamie is pregnant. They look back at their journey. Jamie was not originally attracted to Doug. Soon after, they fell in love and welcomed a baby.
Jamie says it was his charm and patience that won her over. They did have a rough patch where Doug lost his job and Jamie was scared. They bounced back because of their baby.
After two serious miscarriages, they are now pregnant. Jamie also found out who her biological father was as he sadly has passed on. She has since met the family connected to him and has learned a lot.
Elizabeth and Jamie from season 9 are welcomed to the show. Kevin looks back at their dramatic and difficult journey. They admit they are both passionate and vibrant. They have since channeled that and learned how to be less selfish. They have since moved to California. They did break up several times but have since learned they need one another.
They have also worked on their romantic life. This is the happiest place they have been in their marriage. They are even talking about having one baby.
Kristine and Keith from season 8 give a quick update. They just built a house and are doing well.
Amber and Matt are welcomed back to the show. They haven’t spoken in 7 months. They look back at their rocky marriage. Amber thinks she was naive and trusted Matt too much as he was cheating on her. He thinks he wasn’t ready.
They share that they are not divorced or even separated. Amber has sent papers three times to him but he ignores her. She shares that production has a notary and they can separate on paper right now. Matt refuses to sign. He wants to have his lawyer look over the papers. Kevin tries to reason with him but he won’t do it. Amber walks off stage. Matt follows a few seconds later.
Sam from season 3 is back. Kevin and Sam look back at her marriage to Neil. Sam cries. She was so mean to Neil. He has made her a better person because he was so patient and graceful. Kevin has a video message for Sam from Neil. He tells her he is one of her bigger supporters. Although things didn’t work out he wants the best for her.
Sam is so thankful she met Neil. She is now married and a mom to a little girl. The show changed her life and showed her how terrible she was.
Kevin brings out Bobby and Danielle from season 7. They look back after getting married. They had a great start and are still married. They have since had a daughter. Danielle is a stay at home mom who is happy. She didn’t want to stay home but has since changed her mind.
Kevin takes a look back at the days leading up to the birth of their daughter. Danielle was diagnosed with preeclampsia. They were both stressed out and very scared.
Danielle’s health became scarier when she was diagnosed with HELLP Syndrome. Since then, they are happy and healthy. They have grown so close since then. They are waiting to get the ok to have more children.
Several of the past couples back to the stage. Kevin plays a game with the couples to see what they each think when it comes to everyday life. How many exes do they have? Who does more housework?
The couples, for the most part, agree and have a few good laughs. All the ladies except Beth believe their significant others would make it through an apocalypse. Jamie wins when it comes to being the glue of his and Beth’s relationship.
