While it looked like there was some warmth between the First Lady and the Second Lady during Donald Trump’s inauguration for his second term in office, that warmth faded real fast.

In fact, it almost seems as though Melania was just keeping up the appearance of being friendly with Usha or even liking her.

But it seems like that’s not the case at all. Because the two women haven’t spoken to one another, let alone have been seen in the same room together since that moment in early 2025.

This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if there might be an ugly feud between Melania Trump and Usha Vance behind the scenes.

There’s a good chance that something must have been said between the two ladies because they are clearly not on friendly terms like Michelle Obama and Jill Biden once were.

Because after all, if there’s one thing that we’ve learned about Melania over the years, it’s that she’s not the kind of person who likes to share the spotlight, and that even includes her own husband, Donald Trump.

So when Usha Vance came onto the scene and everyone began commenting on her effortless glamour and style, there’s no doubt that Melania had to feel uneasy. That doesn’t mean that Melania feels threatened. Instead, she just doesn’t want anyone to get too close to her.

Not only that, but Usha is currently pregnant with her and JD Vance’s fourth child. It appears that Melania has not reached out to Usha, nor has she shared a congratulatory message to the happy couple. This has prompted a lot of people to wonder what is really up between the two women.
