It was a surreal moment for the stars walking back into the set where they first visited when they were 10-year-olds. “Harry Potter” changed their lives, but more importantly, it has continued to inspire millions of people with the magic behind Hogwarts’ gates.
Even though they don’t have their wands out or casting spells, there’s still magic happening in Hogwarts’ massive hall, where Nearly-Headless Nick once floated through.
“Harry Potter’s” Cast On Starring In The Hit Movie And Life After
HBO Max released a behind-the-scenes look at the cast of “Harry Potter” reuniting at the set of the fantasy franchise for a massive 20th anniversary and fans are loving the memories.
It’s been 10 years since the final “Harry Potter” was filmed and the stars got back on the floor where the magic started for a special anniversary edition.
“It’s been a long time since I’ve seen any of them,” says Grint (Ron Weasley), as Watson (Hermione Granger) adds, “It’s just been a joy getting to relive it all.”
Radcliffe says, “It has been lovely seeing everyone again and going like, ‘Oh yeah, we’re all doing great.’ “
Gary Oldman then gushes about the memories and how being back is making them rush back “like it was last week”.
Costar Matthew Lewis agrees, saying, “It doesn’t feel like 10 years ago. At all.”
For Emma Watson, it’s the fans’ continued positive reception of the work they all put into the movie that makes her “pleasantly surprised”.
“There’s so much of life to take in that happened in those 10 years,” Radcliffe adds. “Every part of my life is connected to Potter. And we’ve seen even more how much it means to people and what a part of people’s lives it is. It means even more now, and I’m able to appreciate how special that is.”
