After a kiss with Elly Conway, Finn’s memories started slowly returning and then, during a moment at the Kennedy’s, all at once. Viewers have watched as Finn tried to resist his evil side, but he struggles to do so when Lucy Robinson kicks him out of The Waterhole’s Mardi Gras Party, believing his attendance will give Lassiters’ bad press. When Finn can no longer control the anger inside, he can’t resist in planning a way to get back at Lucy.

Waiting patiently to make his move on Lassiters’, Finn asks his girlfriend Bea to support him by refusing to sing at The Waterhole ever again. Bea refuses, knowing that her gigs there are great exposure for her career. But he doesn’t take her refusal well, showing signs of his old controlling nature and obvious annoyance.
Later in the week, Finn is troubled once more when he receives a phone call from Trent, his father. Revealing his true feelings on his video diary, Finn divulges that he now remembers everything about his kidnapping ordeal in Colombia and feels even angrier that Trent prolonged the suffering for him. On top of this, he confesses what viewers already know – that he’s angry at Bea for contacting Trent and bringing him back into his life without permission.
