After Sheila Canning (Colette Mann) broke things off with him, Clive has been single for a few months. She was consumed with guilt after using Clive’s work laptop to secretly change Levi Canning’s (Richie Morris) medical results and finally decided that she wasn’t good enough for Clive. At first, he was confused and tried to win her back, but Sheila repeatedly pushed him away. When he finally found out what Sheila did, he accepted they were best apart.
Clive Gibbons Steps Up
This week, on Neighbours Clive steps up to help Sheila deal with the guilt she still feels about Levi’s beating as a kid. Clive encourages her to let go of the past and she’s only torturing herself. Being close to Clive again makes Sheila regret her decision, and she confuses his friendly gesture as a romantic one, giving her hope that they can finally get back together.
The Kennedy’s Throw An Early Christmas Party
Next week, the Kennedy’s throw an early Christmas party and invite the whole street. Roxy Willis (Zima Anderson) is frustrated that Bea Nilsson (Bonnie Anderson) and Levi just can’t seem to make the initial step of getting together. She decides to help out by putting some extra booze in the punch, hoping that Levi and Bea will loosen up and finally admit that they want each other.
However, Roxy’s plan backfires and the two people that actually end up in bed together are Clive and Jane! The two have been friends for decades – since the show started – so when Jane wakes up and sees Clive asleep next to her, she’s mortified. She grabs her stuff and sneaks out, not wanting to talk about the night before ever again!
Is Sheila’s chance to win Clive back ruined again?
