Neighbours Spoilers: Scarlet Vas Dishes On Mishti’s Exit

Last week, we’ve seen Mishti Sharma, a character portrayed by Scarlet Vas, leave “Neighbours.” She has remained silent on her departure from the soap until recently.

Mishti has been part of the soap for more than a year. In the episode last October 19, said goodbye to Ramsay Street as it was revealed that she was going with Pavan to Sydney.
After days of keeping quiet, Scarlet Vas finally broke her silence. In an Instagram post, the actress thanked everyone from the “Neighbours.”

“Andddd that’s a wrap on Mishti!!! what an incredible roller coaster ride this character has gone through.. From her mysterious/sad beginning, to her up and down love story, to her miscarriage, to her heartbreaking breakup.. and now her happily ever after! (Or is it ).. And I loved portraying every minute of her. Thankyou to all the amazing viewers during my time on @neighbours.. To all my Mishti fans, your love and support means the world to me and I can’t wait for you all to come with me on my journey in the next stage of my career…. Thankyou to the @neighbours fam for everything.. And also my real fam for putting up with me every step of the way, throughout my super busy hectic schedule,” the post said.

The post also included a series of photos of her yearlong stint on the show. Scarlet Vas may have departed the show but fans can expect an old character to reappear and a new devious one to be introduced in the coming episodes.

Madeleine West is set to make a comeback, still as con-woman Andrea Somers next week. The show head Jason Herbison said the Fake Dee drama is not yet over.

“I’ve always talked about it as a three-act story, but I’m now going to have to revise it to four acts as we’re currently filming a new twist,” Herbison added. Furthermore, the show bosses announced a new character, Alice Wells, which will be played by SeaChange actress Kerry Armstrong, who will worm her way to the Rebecchi family.
