Neighbours’ Shane Rebecchi (Nicholas Coghlan)is the latest victim to be forced into Ned Willis’ (Ben Hall) vicious fight club storyline.

Viewers have watched as Aaron Brennan, (Matt Wilson) Bea Nilsson (Bonnie Anderson) and Yashvi Rebecchi (Olivia Junkeer) have already been pulled into the drama with Ned and his no holds barred fight club, but now it’s time for Shane to get involved too.

In scenes that will air next week, Yashvi discovers an opportunity that she thinks will finally help Ned, after many failed attempts at trying. This comes when she hears that The History Wall by the community centre is about to be painted in aid of the Sonya Rebecchi Foundation.

Though Yashvi doesn’t really want to get involved with the painting she believes that it would be a great creative outlet for – something positive for him to focus on. And it works! The two spend time together, painting and reconnecting, but this comes to a sudden end when they discover a threatening message on the wall in graffiti.

With the threats from members of the fight club causing Yashvi a lot of stress, she is forced to tell her parents about everything. They feel like they have no choice but to go to the police and tell them about Kane, the dodgy guy who’s been hanging around Erinsborough and pressuring Ned into returning to fight. However, they’re quickly told that without any actual evidence it’s just hearsay and no action can be taken.

However, the danger soon worsens as Yashvi finds that her drink has been spiked with broken glass. Furious that they are beginning to mess with his daughter, Shane vows that he will settle the matter himself, agreeing to fight to protect his loved ones. But will he take it too far?
